Unexpected Changes:
If I ever need to reschedule a service due to illness, a personal appointment, or an emergency, I’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Rescheduling:
Your service will automatically be moved to the next clear business day, and if needed, I’ll complete it on the weekend to make sure your yard still receives full care for the week.

Guarantee:
You’ll always receive your full 4 weeks of service, even if weather or scheduling adjustments occur. I never skip or reduce service time — I simply shift your appointment to the next available day.

Billing:
Each Lawn Care Plan is prepaid for 4 weeks of service. Payments are made in person using card, tap, or chip at the time of purchase. You’re also welcome to renew your plan online through the website at the end of each 4-week period.

Service Guarantee:
Services are delivered on schedule, unless weather prevents safe lawn care. In the event of rain, service will automatically resume on the next clear business day.

Renewals:
Plans are not auto-billed. You can easily renew your 4-week plan by paying in person or visiting the website to purchase your next plan when you’re ready.
